XP would be having his CRV club pre-trip briefing at Kallang Leisure Park tonight so off we went to the Leisure Park to have our dinner as the pre-trip briefing would start at 8.30pm. Hmm, pre-trip briefing, must be wondering where we are going right? Hee, it's a drive-in to Malaysia, Desaru for durian feast! More details would be provided after I come back!
Anyway, back to the Leisure Park. We had dinner at this Japanese restaurant called . It was the second time that we have ate at this restuarant. If I remember correctly, the first time was during daddy's 55th birthday! We ate at the Tampines outlet after they have advertised on TV! Well, the concept of this restuarant is for you to go around with a container and pick up ice-cream sticks. Hmm, must be thinking pick up ice-cream sticks for what right? Well, they have the food items stated on the ice-cream sticks. So whatever food you want, just pick up the right ice-cream sticks, place it in the container and hand it over to the cashier. The cashier will key in your order, get their staff to prepare the food and deliver to our table.

Anyway, we proceeded for the briefing and headed back home straight after it ends! Good night....
I was lazing around after we reached home as I was too tired and lazy to move around. As usual, Little Arielle was happily walking around. Suddenly, these words came out from her mouth:"小妹妹, 你好吗?"
Haha, this is the exact same phrase that this uncle from my favourite fishball noodle stall will ask weekly. Remember we would patronise this same fishball noodle every weekend. So this uncle already "know" us since he sees us weekly, so much so that we dun even need to tell them our orders and they will auto prepare our items once they see us. So every week, without fail, this kopitiam uncle will ask my girl the same question,"小妹妹, 你好吗?, 吃饱了吗?, 要不要吃面?"
She must have remembered his questions so well until she can suddenly repeat the same question hee!
Little Arielle has not been asking for her tu-tu until yesterday when we were in the car and on the way going back home, she suddenly said,"Tu-tu leh?"
Opps, she remembered about her tu-tu again? Not to worry, she din kick up a fuss when we reiteriated the same thing to her, that is, it has already been thrown away! Dun noe why I kinda of 舍不得 her tu-tu leh! Jiat lard, me also grown attached to it??
Shall do a dedication for her tu-tu and it will be remembered forever in this blog....
It just happened from nowhere (according to mama) that Little Arielle got cough! As usual, I suspected that she must have anyhow given her all the junk food to eat! But what to do, she said Little Arielle was not given any junk food to eat, I just gotta take what she says lor!
Anyway, what done cannot be undone! Luckily, she still got cough medication prescribed by Dr Ho. Fed her before she sleep and hopefully she would be well by Sunday cos we would be driving in to Malaysia for our durian mania and sightseeing!
Hahaha dun noe if I should classify it as nightmare or morningmare hee! Anyway, what happened was we were sleeping soundly when we suddenly heard Little Arielle's cries. That happened around 4am+ - 5am+ today. Well, last time, we will just shut her off by giving her her tu-tu. Well, we can't do that now cos she's supposed to forget about the existence of her tu-tu. So we just tried to pat her and hope that she would get back to sleep. She just tossed to and fro and continued crying. Hmm, we suspected she is having morningmare! Must be due to her playing last night!
Anyway, what is farnie is that in her "mare", she can still ask for lotion to apply on. Her exact words:"擦油油" ah! XP was tickled by what she said!
Finally, after a while, she managed to get back to sleep! Hmm I wonder what she has dreamt of hee!
Forgot to top up the diapers at mama's house. As a result, mama had to be very "thrify" today. Therefore, she kind of dragged the time to change Little Arielle. Little Arielle woke up from her nap and said,"都是你". Mama was at a loss as to why she said that. Therefore she went to feel her mattress and it's not wet leh! Next, she went to feel her clothes and realised that it's wet! Hahaha, that explains the reason why she said,"都是你". Cos she is blaming mama for not changing her!
During dinner time, Wangxing was eating fish and Little Arielle actually asked him," 好吃吗"? Next, she was given a piece of fish and she said,"Very nice!" Aiyo, cannot stand her leh! She is speaking like a little adult!
Was surfing the internet at my mama's house when Little Arielle suddenly hit me hard on my back. Was so angry with her for doing her and smacked her on her palm. She was angry too and decided to pinch me!
Aiyo, now know how to retaliate liaoz! Smacked her on her palm again and she vented her anger by biting the chair. Had to smack her cheeks and she went running to XP in tears!
Jiat lard liaoz! She is gonna be a difficult baby!
Little Arielle will usually "request" for her tu-tu the moment she gets up XP's car. Hmm, she did not do so tonight leh. I wonder if she has slowly forgotten about her tu-tu?
Mama says that she has also stopped giving tu-tu to Little Arielle during the day. I guessed her tu-tu's retirement days are approaching!
Little Arielle's new little skill which was discovered today! It's pokey time! Not the Pokey biscuits but her poking skills! It was initially mama who was using the toothpick to pick up apples to feed her. Little Arielle wants to try it out on her own and took the toothpick on her own! As Little Arielle grows up, she is able to take instructions. Hahaha, a good time to get her to help out with chores. So she was asked by mama to bring the laundry to the living hall. Hmm, as a reward, she gets to eat biscuits for being mama's little helper!

Due to our tiring outing last night, we decided not to go out until evening time as it's daddy's birthday today and we would be going out for his birthday celebration.
As per normal routine, we had our breakfast and thereafter, Little Arielle had her usual afternoon nap. She woke up at about 3pm and we were ready to go at around 3.45pm to 4pm.
Today's Itinerary:
1. Ride on Board Singapore Flyer 2. Dinner at 韩江 Teochew Restaurant 3. Cake Cutting Ceremony @ Home
We reached Singapore Flyer before 5.30pm. So troublesome leh, had to go and have our tickets validated first before joining the queue. 害 me gotta walk here and there. So whoever had a voucher ticket, please remember to have it validated at the ticket counter before joining in the queue. Okie, back to my story....After the tickets were validated, we were required to go through a security scan. Thereafter, we were all set for the ride!
The capsule is pretty big and we were more excited to start walking around in the capsule rather than to sit on the seats provided. Got this Filipino couple who brought along a photographer and they were snapping away happily the moment they got into the capsule. Alamak, I'm fascinated with the number of poses that she can think of lor! Anyway, to make full use of the time, we also start to snap away with our camera. The ride lasted for half an hour which I thought it was very fast. It seems only a while that we were up in the sky and the next moment we are standing on planet earth hee!
All right, next destination would be dinner at 韩江 Teochew Restaurant. The items were not cheap so I kept signalling to daddy not to order too many dishes. We had in all 7 dishes. Food was not really that fantastic. Din know how did they get so many awards. Mama kept complaining that the chilled crab was full of urine smell. Wat biangz, disgusting leh! Wow total damage of $213 is absorbed by Wangxing cos we have agreed to spilt out the cost. I paid for flyer tickets, he would pay for dinner and Wangjun would pay for the cake!
Last item of the evening would be the cake cutting ceremony at home. Wangjun bought the strawberry ice-cream cake from Swensens. We sang the birthday song, daddy made a wish, cut the cake and enjoyed the delicious ice-cream....
XP had to do some work in office and as such, he left the both of us at Suntec City to do some windown shopping while waiting for him.
I was quite worried that I was unable to handle Little Arielle alone as it has been a long time since I last brought her out single-handedly.
I had no help of a stroller and it's basically just me and Little Arielle. Well, she was cooperative and well-behaved and we managed to spend some quality time together.
Brought her walking around and she had the chance to sit on a few "motionless" kiddy rides and also had the opportunity to take a walk in ToysRus! She was obedient not to make a fuss when she was asked to leave the toys.
As a reward, she was given a purple balloon as well a taste of candy floss (for the first time)!
This is the first full day that Little Arielle went without her tu-tu. Thought she would still ask for it, but we are able to brush her request off by telling her that her tu-tu has been thrown away. Also mentioned that she is already a big girl and she does not need her tu-tu anymore.
Hopefully, she would completely forget about her tu-tu in no time!
The whole event 是累的 lor! My whole body is aching man! But overall it was still quite fun!
The happenings....
Little Arielle was very cooperative. She woke up at 2pm. Very timely! Cos we want to be there before 3.45pm to qualify for the early bird draw. We managed to be out of the house by 2.45pm. We reached there at about 3.15pm. Parked in the designated carpark and will walk to the Siloso Beach cos the registration will be held at the Sapphire Pavilion which is next to the beach. It was indicated as a 5 minutes walk but wat seh, in actual fact, it's 10 minutes lor caused we were walking damn fast because we want to be there on time for lucky draw and we din really know how long we need to walk! If we were to walk leisurely, it would definitely be more than 10 minutes! Aiyo so tiring and xiong leh! Battery almost run flat cos we din have lunch! 是饿的 lor! Almost wanna faintz liaoz!
Finally, we reached and right in front of us, we saw hot-dogs and ice-cream! Yummy yum yum! But we did not take the food immediately but to go for the registration first else our efforts of walking fast would be wasted. So we signed our attendance, dropped in our lucky draw tickets and got our goodie bag. Hmm, this year's goodie bag seems relatively "empty" leh! Only got a bottle of mineral water, a topless cap and a mat. The only good thing is that they have it in those reusable bags (those tote bags) and that they have provided a mat! Something which I have tried to buy but did not managed to do so!
Next, we quickly went to redeem our hot-dogs cos damn hungry liaoz. Not sure if the hot-dog really taste good or we were just too hungry. It was grobbled up in a few moments' time and we are not able to go for another round cos it's limited to 1 per person (so miserable right!) So in the end, we also redeemed the ice-cream hoping that it can fill up a little bit of space in our stomach. XP was right to ask me to redeem there and then cos later on in the evening, the queue was so long and they had to queue during the hot scourching sun!
We sat down to enjoy our ice-cream while waiting for the opening speech as well as the early bird draw. Saw Jasmine and family and invited them to sit with us together. Little Arielle was busy eating her ice-cream and at the same time playing with baby Ocean! In the midst of feeding and playing, XP suddenly heard his number being called! Hee hee, so up he went to collect his prize!! Well, it's a $10 NTUC voucher. Hmm, better than nothing hee!
Since early bird draw is over, we have decided to bring Little Arielle to the beach. Well, that is the initial intention, else I would not need to have packed so much of her things. Had her changed into her swimming costume in the toilet and she is all ready for her beach adventure!
Thank god that we managed to find a good "lot" under the shade and was grateful that there is a mat included in the goodie bag. It has really served its purpose that day! Had the mat placed nicely and Little Arielle can't wait to lay her hands on the sand and her toys. Both father and daughter were enjoying themselves. Hee hee, XP was very naughty! He "buried" Little Arielle with sand and only half of her body is visible. Next, he dug a hole and had Little Arielle placed inside. As the hole was deep, she couldn't get up on her own hee! In the end, Little Arielle gotta shout for help! We din let her play for long cos I need time to wash her up so that we are in time for the next round of lucky draw + collection of dinner.
I went to wash up her toys first while XP looked after her. When I came back, I saw both of them enjoying themselves in the sea. He took her to play at the waves. So brave of her not to be afraid!
This naughty little girl is all dirty with sand all stuck to her body. Just wanna quickly wash up from head to toe and let her change into her clean set of clothes. To my horror, there isn't a shower room in the toilet! Win liaoz lor! I had no idea where is the nearest shower room and had no choice but to place her in the basin and wash her up from there. I think I must have easily took more than half an hour to do so as it is so difficult to wash her there. The tap is not auto and therefore, I had to one hand press on to tap and use my other hand to help wash her up. It's indeed a tedious procedure.
Finally, my little princess is clean and sweet-smelling! Was glad that what I packed was enough for her meaning, I did not miss anything out. Hmm, that's great, can base on that checklist of mine for future beach outing! Anyway, we lazed around to wait for the dinner distribution. KS XP was the first in line and he helped his other colleagues collect the food. So in total, he collected 12 sets of bento sets. We sat together to have dinner. Food was not very nice but I was very hungry and so finished most of it.
Soon, it was time for the next lucky draw and hmm, we din have luck this time round. Nevermind, still have the last chance at 7.45pm for the last round of draw. Not sure why they have so many rounds of lucky draw! Anyway, we decided to walk back to the carpark and put all the heavy stuff in the car. It was 7.15pm and it means that we only have half an hour to walk to and fro. Aiyo, we cannot miss the timing else we will miss the lucky draw. So, XP walked very fast with Little Arielle and I tried my best to catch up. During the return journey, he walked back first while I walked at a slower pace with Little Arielle.
Haha, guessed what! XP won again leh! It's the 8th prize ~ 2 adults + 2 children tickets to the Singapore Flyer. Hahaha, flyer again! Good leh, we will be able to catch the night view this time round! Well, no prizes for me this year again!
After the 1st price is announced, we ran all the way to catch the "Songs of the Sea" cos we din win any prize after that. It's on a first come first served basis and there are already a lot of people in front of us! Luckily we did not need to queue for long before they allow us to go in. We managed to get the 2nd row seats from the front. Well, the show was pretty disappointing. I still prefer the previous musical fountain. Little Arielle was fidgeting during the first few minutes of the show. Guessed she also feel that it's boring lor! Luckily, it became slightly more interesting and she sat still and followed throughout the show.
We cheong to the carpark which was just few steps away from the venue of the "Songs of the Sea". Cannot believe that Little Arielle was still very energetic at that time when I am almost half dead. Thought that she would doze off in the car but she din lor. Bought noodles back home to eat cos we were all tired and hungry after the running.
Washed Little Arielle up, bathed myself, had the noodle and lights off....
It's my company's family day tomorrow at Sentosa! I was quite excited but at the same time xianz cos need to pack a lot of things for Little Arielle. This is because we are bringing her to the beach and thus there would be a lot of things to bring along (majiam going for holiday).
Checklist!

Aiyo, can only think of the above items leh! Think I will only know if I have left out anything when I am there lor! Which would be too late I guessed.... Really so, I think bo pian liaoz! That would be what we call ~ lesson learnt!
Hopefully my list would be comprehensive enough and praying that it would be a gloomy day tomorrow!
So cute when you hear what little children say with their innocent voice. This morning, Little Arielle already woke up before I carried her to the car. So when we were in the car, she suddenly asked me,"为什么, 为什么, 为什么, ...."Alamak, don't even know where she learnt it from and got a shock when she start asking me that. By the way, also dun noe what is her "why" for???
After my activity tonight, we went to pick her home. Then she started throwing her shoes away in the car and still dare to say,"Arielle throw shoes ah!" and "Piang mummy!" Aiyah! Throw shoes liaoz and still wanna beat me leh! No manners!
When we reached home and while XP was changing up for her, she said,"Arielle bite myself, bite hand, bite bite!" So when XP asked her if it is painful? She still knows how to say no!
Aiyo, really cannot stand her leh! Think I will get a lot of "talk back" from her when she grows up! Jiat lard, beginning to feel that I cannot handle her liaoz! Oh no....
There are certain things that need not be taught and yet children are just about to grasp it on their own! This is what I call the pinching skills!
Little Arielle was not obedient today and when I scolded her, she started to pinch me. The best part is, they just know how to pinch you until you can scream out in pain. Hmm, probably smaller pinch is much more painful compared to those big ones!
Next time, when she comes near me with her pinching fingers, I will run away from her!
Yes, we managed to coax Little Arielle again and she did not have her tu-tu for the second night running! Have told mama to do the same to her so that we can wean her off soon. Cannot stand the awful smell when she have her tu-tu on. The saliva is making her tu-tu and her whole mouth stink man!
Praying hard that mama has the tactic to coax her lor. Cos when I told her today that we did not allow her to have the tu-tu last night, she kept saying that Little Arielle would keep asking for it! Aiyah, there must be a stop somewhere else she will forever be stuck to it lor!
It's time to go home after we had our dinner at my parents' place. I was carrying Little Arielle and we were walking to the carpark. Just got a uncomfortable feeling carrying her cos there seems to be something slimmy around her bum. Asked XP to take over and carry her and I just went to take a sniff on my arms. Wat seh, it stinks lor! Asked XP if he also had the same feeling.
So, the conclusion is that she poo-ed! The strange thing is that mama was carrying her just before I took over lor and she did not smell anything at all! Alamak! We had nothing in the car except for wet tissues and we din wanna walk all the way back to my mama's house cos we did not park in her carpark.
I thought of only washing up for her when we get home but of course XP will not tolerate that. He doesn't want the smell to linger in his car and of course I guessed he is afraid that the poo might spilt onto his car seats. So in the end, he wants me to clean up for her and took the risk to leave her without any diaper on!
I was afraid that she might just pee cos she is not really 100% toilet trained. So I kept telling her that if she really needs to pee, she would have to tell me in advance. Throughout the journey home, I made her sit on my lap so that if she really pee, at least it would be on me lor! So 伟大 right! Luckily she is kind to me and did not do that in the car.
Upon reaching home and in less than 10 minutes, she pee-ed on the floor. Hengz ah, not on my mattress leh! Brought her to wash up and was happy that she smells great again after that!
Aiyo, this is something that I am very scared of and hopefully it will not happen to Little Arielle. Eversince the last visit to Dr Ho's clinic, Little Arielle's runny nose was on and off! Was told by mama today that she seems to have developed slight cough! Must be due to all the junk food fed by my PIL! Angry leh!
And this naughty little girl kept telling me,"See doctor, see doctor!" My dear girl, go and see her is not free one lor! Minimum consultation already need to pay $35 lor! Hopefully, her cough will go away soon and will not develop further leh!
XP managed to coax Little Arielle and told her that her tu-tu is at 婆婆's house and we did not bring it home. (of course we did and it is in my bag hee! Hmm, she seems to have believed it and was willing to sleep without her tu-tu. Well, don't know is it because she is so tired that she can sleep without it or she can really sleep without it.
Let's hope that she will not ask for her tu-tu in the middle of the night and of course hopefully her tu-tu can be approved of its early retirement application!
Mama specially called me on Sat to tell me that she has bought the Barbie 娃娃 for Little Arielle. She has been eyeing on a pink Barbie 娃娃 for some time as this 娃娃 is sold at NTUC. Mama had a hard time deciding which 娃娃 to get for her. So on Sat, with the help of daddy, they have decided to get the pink one for her.
We have not been to her place for the past few days until today when I need to go back to work. Specially instructed mama not to open the doll for her first cos I wanna take photo of it hee! So Little Arielle waited patiently until I went to fetch her at about 10pm cos we had some events on tonight.
The 娃娃 was finally opened at about 10.45pm and she only had the chance to play for a while before she is asked to go to sleep.

Mama had to go for her review at the hospital today so here I am, alone with Little Arielle today! The morning started off well as she woke up at about 8.45am, giving me some time to do blogging as I was up at 8am.
Once she is up, I won't have the luxury to continue with what I am doing. Took her for a bath, gave her her milk, find some time to eat my MacDonald breakfast (ordered by XP hee), wash her clothes and then after that wash my clothes! Thereafter, had to hang them up to dry. Oh my, I am like a typical housewife leh! Doing nothing but chores today! After getting all the work done, I went out with her to the post office to have some items sent out. Luckily we were back early cos shortly after, it was raining cats and dogs! What a sudden downpour!
Had to quickly keep the laundry and Little Arielle was all ready to help. She carried the dry clothings and placed them on the bed. Not bad, still a little clever to place it on the bed instead of onto the floor (hmm, I din teach her where to put hee). After which, she was tired cos it was already 12.40pm. Had her placed in the yao lan and she was in her dreamlands in less than 5 minutes! Hmm, it goes to show how tired she was!
XP suddenly came back home. Thought that he took half day leave to keep us company but well, it not. He only said over the phone that he is coming back to drop something off. Hmm, was thinking what is so important that he needs to come back specially during lunch to drop off. Moreover, it was raining so heavily leh!
Hahaha, when he reached home, he was half drenched! Realised that he took the public transport and did not have a brolly with him! Went to peep at that "important" item of his and realised that he has brought home the laptop meant for me!!! So exciting leh! I din expect it to be so early cos he mentioned that the store would only have stock from 21 Jul onwards, which is another 2-3 weeks later! Hee, so glad that he was back hahaha! Anyway, will wait for him to help with the installation of all the necessary program before I start using it!
Hee, okie, enough of my excitement! Back to Little Arielle. Heard her voice at about 2.30pm and immediately went over to carry her up. Brought her back to my room and placed her on my bed. Was surprised that she actually fell asleep leh! As she was sleeping very close to the edge and I din wanna wake her up, I placed a mattress next to her so that in case she fall, she would land on the mattress. Haha, this is the first time I am using my brains and it works man cos she really flipped and fell off the bed but was okie cos she landed on the mattress. Hengz ah! Else she would kena bumps and bruises again! So while she sleeps, I continue with my blog until I myself was a little tired and went to sleep for a while. Had wanted to bring her out for shopping but I guessed with the rain and the tired me, I just dun feel like going out lor! Wanted to sleep and Little Arielle woke up instead. Win liaoz lor. So in the end, I did not really sleep at all. She went out and played with her grandparents and I continue to blog while waiting for XP to come home from work....
Probably we had too much fun and activity yesterday and thus, there is nothing much to be done today. So we had the usual routine - breakfast, followed by Little Arielle's nap and afterwhich, laze around time in the house.
We went out early for dinner today as we din have lunch. Initially, I thought that we are gonna eat somewhere near to our place but was surprised when XP took a different route. He just went walking and walking with Little Arielle and I was trying to catch up behind cos his pace was too fast! After walking for about 15 minutes, I then realised that he is walking to Whampoa market. What seh 是远的 lor! Gotta go up so many overhead bridge and need to cross so many roads! Majiam go on hiking trip leh!
Finally, we reached the Whampoa market. Had satay and a cold sugarcane drink! Best leh!

What is even more best is that we proceeded to collect our durian at Sindy, our favourite durian stall. Simply love the butter durian that they have! So much so that you need to pre-order beforehand cos they always run out of stock! We knew about this cos we did not manage to get the durians for the last 2 rounds. Finally, today, they managed to keep one for us!

After getting our durian, which cost us $27, we gotta walk all the way home again! Decided to stop over at this famous one and only dragon fountation in Singapore. According to XP, this dragon fountain denotes the central of Singapore and even thought the fountain has already dried up, they did not tear it away. But not sure why they are not filling up the water since they decided not to tear it away. Probably it's due to some 风水 beliefs. Was quite happy to be able to see this fountain finally as XP has been telling me how majestic it looks like but I always did not have the chance to see it for myself. Just feel that the worksmanship is done so well and it really made the dragon looks alive!

After some "history" lessons, we continued our journey back home. Hmm, just in time to watch the last espisode of 辛十四娘 and enjoying our durian at the same time! Oh, it's simply heavenly....We shall take a step further as we will drive up North to Desaru in about 2 weeks' time to enjoy more durians!!!

Was waken up by Little Arielle's cries at 7am+ today. Aiyo, din give me a chance to sleep late on a Sunday morning! Anyway, XP was trying to feed her milk and subsequently asked me to pass him her eyedrops. Realised that her red left eye came back again.
I did not give her the eyedrops yesterday as she had actually recovered since Friday. Hmm, din noe what happened that caused it to recur again.
Was glad that we still went to the doctor on Friday even though she was already okie. At least, we managed to get the eyedrops else I would be blaming myself for not bringing her!!

Little Arielle is exactly 21 months today! Cannot believe that she's gonna turn 2 years old in 3 months' time!! Time really flies and how I wish it could stop for me to savour the sweet memories and beautiful moments!!
The above shows our happy family with XP's favourite sports - golf, Mummy's fat fat figure (hoping to slim down) and cute cute Little Arielle! Hoping to have family member number 4 soon....
Hee hee, XP has given a grace period of 1 month for Little Arielle to wean off her tu-tu. Well, I'm glad to announce that it's the deadline TODAY but sad to say that she is still stuck to it!! Hahaha!!
My man left the two of us at home as he sets off for a charity golf game at about 6am+ this morning. The venue is at Raffles Country Club. It has been a long time that he goes for a game during the weekend eversince Little Arielle is born.
He has been thoughtful to want to spend the weekend with the family. As such, he would usually schedule his game during weekday. But he had to go this time round as his brother gotta withdraw from the game at the eleventh hour due to some urgent matters and as such, he was asked to go so that the fees paid will not be wasted.
Even though so, he would ensure that my breakfast and lunch is taken care of. I only remembered him telling me that he has bought chwee kuen, ji cheong fun, bread and tau huay for me. Those were said while I was still half asleep cos it was 6am+.
When I woke up later and went to take a peek at the food items. Wow, it's really as per what he said. Hmm, he must have got up real early to get my food ready as it was still a little bit warm when I ate it!
So sweet of him hee! At least it wont make me feel so frustrated being at home alone with the little rascal! Little rascal has been well-behaved so far. Happily watching her Barney and Mickey Mouse cartoon. Hope that she remains this way until her daddy comes home!
Looking forward to him coming back in the afternoon!
That's my PD and by saying Hi, it means that we have made a visit to her clinic today! In fact, I should have brought Little Arielle to see her long ago. However, due to work committment and she is not on duty on certain nights, the whole visit dragged until today. But, luckily, Little Arielle's condition wasn't really that bad.
I was kind of hesistating whether to bring Little Arielle to the doctor as she was already fine looking today. Her eyes wasn't red eversince yesterday and I din really see her rubbing it. But since, she kept saying that she wants to see doctor and mama was telling me that her right eye was a bit red today, I thought I shouldn't take the risk and just bring her to check to have a peace of mind.
She was very excited and was happily walking around with her squeaky sandals outside the clinic. Her shoes were so noisy that everyone's attention was on her. By seeing that there is a queue, you would know that it's Dr Ho on duty tonight! Luckily we were early so we din really have to wait long.
Dr Ho thought that she got sore eyes due to infection from other family members but no one in the family had sore eyes recently. So she done a thorough check and mentioned that she has a bit of runny nose and the sore eyes might be caused by it.
She prescribed some eye drops and medication for Little Arielle and luckily the damage is only $48. Not bad lah, $48 for a peace of mind, it's worth the money lor!
After the visit, we had dinner and went back home. I guessed she must have been tired after the playing and walking while we were at the clinic so she fell asleep at about 10pm!
Hee hee, hengz ah, that's how I manage to do my blogging now....
Little Arielle has been sleeping between us for quite some time. Well, can't exactly remember since when, but definitely more than 10 months liaoz! Squeezing 3 person on a queen-sized bed is a torture cos basically we can't really move much as we are afraid of hurting her. Well, instead of us hurting her, it's the other way round lor. Sometimes, she would kick me hard either on my back or my stomach!!!
We have been trying for the longest time to actually get her to sleep on her own mattress but everytime, she would cry so bitterly until we got no choice but to let her sleep with us. Either that or we are too tired to wait for her to fall asleep (to shift her down to her own mattress). Therefore, sleeping on her own only materialised during weekends cos we sleep late and thus, we can carry her down when she falls asleep.
But, from this week onwards, Little Arielle has been very naughty! She din wanna sleep early until XP was quite annoyed and din allow her to sleep with us. Instead, he would accompany her on her mattress until she falls asleep. As such, it is pretty successful for the past few days whereby she will sleep on her mattress. Of course, daily she would wake up at different timings, go to XP's side, pat on his shoulders to get him to carry her up to our bed. XP will do so cos he din wan her to kick up a fuss in the middle of the night.
Right now, she is sleeping on her own mattress again and hopefully, she will get used to this new arrangement....
Aiyah dun noe what is wrong with Little Arielle these days? She seems to have gone back to her long long time ago's bad habit - sleep late!
Although we scared her by putting her outside (dark place), she only cries for a while and when she was brought into the room, she would lie on the mattress for a few minutes. Then quietly, she would start to stand up and walk around the room again!
Despite putting her outside for a few times, she still repeats what she did! In the end, off the tv after my program has ended and lights off then she is willing to sleep!

Little Arielle was playing with her toy and as she held the toy up, it actually hit mama on her arm. For this, she was being beaten on her palm and following which, mama was showing her the correct way of holding the toy.
I witnessed her "beating" and was telling mama that she should tell Little Arielle the reason why she was being smacked on the palm. This is the correct way of teaching a child. Other than being punished for the wrong things that they have done, they need to know where they have gone wrong.
So mama started to tell me that she was teaching Little Arielle the right way of holding the toy. But she is not answering to my question!!! Arggh.....was wondering if I had phrased my question wrongly until she couldn't understand or she simply couldn't get it! So the other family members were all around cos we were actually having dinner at that time! So I went around asking each of them to ensure that my question was asked in the correct manner. So basically, everyone understood where I was coming from, all except mama!! So, bo pian, I told Daddy to explain to her cos probably husband and wife would have the same wavelength!
And, I supposed she kind of know what I meant, I really hope she really understands! She still couldn't explain why she smacked Little Arielle cos Little Arielle did not hit mama on purpose! Was telling Daddy that I must have been beaten up for nothing when I was young!
Hmm, seems like after a day, Little Arielle's red eye still persists. Dun noe whether is it because the air is dusty or is it because she is heaty?? Or because her hands are dirty and she starts rubbing her eyes?? Aiyah, so many possibilities! Also dun noe what is what??
Anyway, XP said that if she is not well after tomorrow, we will bring her to the doc in the evening!
