Tiring Us + Irritating Her

Eversince we obtained TOP for our house and collected our keys, we have been busy till date. Every other spare time was spent looking for suitable lights, furniture, wallpaper and electronic/electrical products for our nest. So many things to take care of and this is really causing both of us serious headache. In addition, my new workload is also giving me stress or perhaps I am just stressing myself!

To make things worst, it is tiring and super frustrating especially with Little Arielle around. She is never still and it made our time spent at each venue longer cos we need to fork out extra time to watch over her.

Just take today for example, we already spent the whole day outside. Morning was spent at our new house where the designer and electrician were discussing about how the wires and cables would be laid and which area requires extra powerpoint.

My time there was to look after Little Arielle cos it does not require my inputs. So to keep Little Arielle occupied, I gave her her favourite strawberry Pocky.

After discussing about the various points, we went down with our designer to check out the wallpaper (Europa) for our new house. Wat seh so many different patterns to choose from. See until both of us blur leh. Spent a few hours there just flipping through their catalog and in the end still yet to decide on the suitable design but was lucky that we managed to shortlist a few. So, now it would be the designer's job to match and see which one is more suitable for the design that he has proposed.

Thereafter, next destination is to see lights at Lightcraft. We went there once just before CNY cos XP saw that they are having sale. Went again today with the intention to confirm some purchases but in the end, we ended up not doing so. Certain items were not clearly explained previously and therefore, we need to consider again if we really want to get from them. In addition, we also cannot focus our mind cos Little Arielle was running here and there and we were afraid that she would break something in the shop. So we just told the shop assistant that we would consider again.

Went to check out another store ~ 302 @ Jalan Besar. This is one of the first store that we went to cos we were so attracted by the chandeliers that were hanging in their store. But of course gotta consider carefully cos it costs about $9k-$10k. So you can imagine how swee it is! But when we reached their store, it's already 5pm+. We were all drained out. Plus having to continue watching over Little Arielle, my patience is really running out. A few times, she was spanked by me. Just couldn't take it. XP din spend a lot of time there cos we just want to find out a few things and go off.

Had a quick dinner and went home straight. Little Arielle was still full of energy and insisted to play with my PILs. So I let her be cos got no strength to watch over her. But they din play with her for long cos they also wanna rest liaoz. So it's back to square one. She din wanna come into the room and was throwing tantrums. XP couldn't take it anymore and she kena from him.

Thought that after her bath and milk, she would go to dreamland. I was wrong. Her battery is still not flat! Alamak! Good luck to me as we are going to repeat the same routine again tomorrow!
