Wow, every other new project will always have new interesting things to entice buyers. So in the case of Amery, they have basement carpark, which is one of its kind in this area, as told by the sales agent.
Other than the basement carpark, all the rooms were big and spacious, shiok man! They have balcony for almost all units and best of all a jacuzzi bathtub for the master bedroom toilet! Shiok man! But of course it will also means increase in utilities charges hee! The surrounding landscaping and swimming pool were impressive too! Well, pricing wise is about $800+ to $900+ psf. So the smallest unit will still cost you about $1m due to the large land area of each unit. So that's why I say, it's for viewing pleasure cos too x to buy liaoz hee!
