The Morning "Crank"
She doesn't want me to carry her and she would say things like,"Go away and dun want!" Alamak, so heart-breaking to hear her say such things early in the morning leh! Although, it may seems to be some common words but I just felt upset to hear it coming from your own child.
So bo pian lor, try not to touch her and let her stay in whichever position that she felt comfortable with. But it was not long that she became cranky again. She wants to go over to the driver's seat and let her daddy carries her instead which is not possible cos he is driving lor.
Luckily, we reached mama's house in a few moments' time. Thought that she would easily let mama carry her cos she asked me to go away initially right. But, I was wrong. She also din wan mama to carry her and wants her daddy instead.
So XP gotta coax her into allowing mama to carry her. Although mama managed to carry her, she cried when we said goodbye to her. So XP gotta coax her again and this time round, he said that he would bring her for durians tomorrow. This greedy one nodded her head to acknowledge but tears rolled down when the car moved off. We got no time to pacify her further so we just drove off. But I guessed she would be happy again when she sees her 公公!

Japan Again?
Anyway, he was asking Little Arielle whether she wants to go or not. Initially, she said,"No!". But after XP's temptation, she said,"Yes!"
Hmm, must be wondering what did he say that tempted her right hee!
He said you want Japan strawberry?? Then Little Arielle started going around and said,"Go Japan, go Japan...."
Buay tahan her....
Full of Energy....
Most of the time, after I got home, I just feel like hitting my head on the pillow but I have to always force myself to update her blog cos I dun want to miss out on any tiny bit of her growing life. Not only that, at times I have to spend some time with her like reading her her bedtime stories or "studying" with her. Not easy lor I must say....
I guessed age is catching up on me. So sad that this is happening! Those "taut" nights I had during my teenage days are definitely not possible in the current context. I think I will concussed if you ask me not to sleep totally!
Aiyah, think need to go for time management course liaoz!

Constant Reminder....
But then hor, this naughty XP just kept on playing with her lor! He seems to be enjoying it cos Little Arielle was laughing away at the monkey faces that her father is making at her!
So, I took over and tried to pet her to sleep. Then she starts saying words like,"Kay poh, 骗自己!" All learnt from Wangjun lor! And she does make me laugh when she says it. So in the end, instead of patting her to sleep, both of us were laughing away!
Sure hope that she would not have nightmares tonight again!
No Luck....
Aiyah, got so many cake shops and yet not many seems to be doing Barney cakes. This is a popular cartoon character now leh but yet the supply is so limited. If not for my darling girl, I can't be bothered man!
Luckily I do my homework earlier so I still have ample time to play around with.
Good luck to me or anyone who has any good recommendations, feel free to give me advice!
Thank you in advance ah....

A Special Dedication
At our wits end, we opened our door for you... reluctantly.
Despite our hostility, you never fail to provide timely comfort and security.
At times when events turn ugly and drives us to the wall, you boldly confronted the nasty moments and made it right.
I salute you for helping us eliminate noise pollution and make her hit the sack speedily...you did it so effortlessly!
Without you, we'll meet more frustrations and feel more vexation.
Thank you for being such a great friend and companion for the past 21 months.
Thank you Du Du! Congratulations & Best Wishes on Your Retirement!"
The above passage is extracted from one of the mummies' blog. To acknowledge her efforts, it's from Kaelyn's mummy, someone whom I do not know but somehow has linked to her blog through Ching. Realised that her girl is only a few days older than mine and what she has expressed in the above passage is exactly how I feel. As such, I can't help but extracted it from her blog. Every word and phrase used is simply so appropriate! Kudos to her!!
4-Syllabus Word
So little one, keep up the good work!
Stubborn Gal
Anyway, back to Little Arielle. This stubborn one always dun want to apologise and likes to either retaliate by hitting us back or just say "dun want" and continue crying. And our dear XP 是吃软不吃硬的. So in the end, she would get more smacking until she stop crying and apologise.
So as her mummy, whenever such a situation arises, I would have to quickly "po lo so" her to apologise so that her smackings would be reduced to the minimum. XP will do the same too when I got angry with Little Arielle. So both of us take turns to be the Little Devil hee hee....
Barney 3D Cake
I have decided to get her a Barney birthday cake and to be specific, I was thinking of getting a 3D one. This is to compensate for not bringing her to the "Barney Let's Imagine Live Performance" and also to compensate for the ugly cake that I got for her on her 1st birthday.
Had checked with eCreative and they dun have Barney 3D cakes. Prima Deli has only the normal Barney cakes and not those in 3D version.
Gonna try this freelance baker by the name of Angela. Think she did do up some nice 3D cakes for some of the mummies and hoping that she can do Barney 3D cakes too! Crossing my fingers....
Bear bear, Bear bear!
Dun noe if she is having bad dreams because she just listened to the Goldilocks & the 3 Bears story before she sleeps, that's why she kept saying,"Bear bear"
And the story is read by me lor so I am the chosen one to kena the neck strain! Painful lor when I wanna turn to the right! Dear pain, please go away soon....

Chickenpox Vaccine
In addition, I have also heard reports and advices from mothers like Mama Tong that vaccine is one good preventive measure. Although, it is not proven to be 100% safe from chickenpox but I supposed to a certain extent it will help. Of course, there are isolated cases that children still get it even though they have been injected with the vaccine. I guessed for such cases, the chickenpox effect may not be as bad as those who did not go for the jab.
So, in conclusion, I shall let her have the injection together with the pnuemcoccol jab in Oct! For mummies who have hesitated like me, do not do so and please proceed with the jab too!
Itchy Fingers!
Smacked her on her palm and educated her that she should not be playing with it cos she would be electrocuted and will die die!
Must pay extra attention to make sure that her itchy fingers dun go around meddling with it again!

Flower Leg
Hmm, I wonder if this is taught by me cos I just realised that Little Arielle will come to us after her nap and say,"Walk, walk". Hahaha, she also cannot stand staying at home the whole day leh! Aiyo, so it means that I would be busy every weekend liaoz....Oh no.....

Who's the Culprit?
One highly suspicious character would be the OSTRICH!!
Well, she did take a ride on the ostrich during the trip and I was wondering if that is the culprit? Although the farm owner did lay a cloth over the ostrich and Little Arielle was sitting on the cloth but there is no guarantee that the insects on the ostrich will not get to bite her.
In any case, I will have to take extra precaution to prevent such thing from happening in the future. Seeing the way she scratch really aches my heart....
Sense of a Dog!
Next, mama was telling me that in the afternoon, when both Little Arielle and herself were in the kitchen, she can clearly hear the opening of the door and quickly ran out. Mama was telling her that there was no one at the door cos she din hear anything. In the end, it turns out that she was right, there was someone opening the door and the person is none other than her 公公!
So Little Arielle has displayed her sense of smell and hearing very well! Hmm, is it because she is born in the year of dog, that's why she has such good sense??

My Little Fighter!
While I was on the phone with her today, she suddenly told me,"Kungfu Panda!" Mama was telling me that other than saying the words,"Kungfu Panda", she adds on action by kicking her legs in the air! Alamak, cannot stand her!
I think she has 2 "zen" on her head leh! That's why she is exceptionally naughty! Jiat lard liaoz!
My Big Scary Blister!
*The ugly blister on my 宝贝's leg* - Uploaded on 22 Jul 2008
Amazingly, she did not feel any pain and XP was able to extract the liquid out. We continued to apply the cream that was previously prescribed by Dr Ho. We saw that it was only a little left and therefore decided to call the clinic to arrange to buy another tube. XP says to get the cream first and see how, meaning to say not gonna see Dr Ho. I was not really agreeable with that lah cos was thinking she is on duty tonight so might as well let her do a check but XP thinks otherwise so I let him "win". Hopefully the cream can help. Anyway, that silly nurse a bit attitude! I called at about 7.45pm and they said that they would need Dr Ho's approval for the medication to be sold (I understand lah cos SOP mah). So I said okie, she can call me back once Dr Ho approves which I think should not be an issue since Little Arielle has used that before. Then she added on to say that they are gonna close at 8.30pm. I said it's okie cos I am nearby and should be able to reach within 10 minutes. Guessed what she said? If you are nearby, then why dun you come down here and wait cos I am very busy now with many patients. Wat biangz, I was super irritated lor! Told her that I am at home so dun expect me to go down and just wait like that. So she LL and said that she would call me back.
1st call at about 8.10pm, she told me she couldn't locate Little Arielle's record which is not possible. Ended up, realised that she got her name wrong. Instead of Tan Zi Yun, she got it as Tan Zi Yuan. So she said she would call me back again. So I waited while having dinner. Saw that the time is already 8.30pm and still no call, I told XP 算了吧, think we can only get the medication tomorrow. Hmm, who knows, she called me at 8.35pm and said that the medication is approved and ask me to come down and collect. I was telling her nevermind lah, since your clinic has already closed, I will collect tomorrow. Then she said, they will probably close at about 9.30pm today cos still have a lot of patients around! Hengz ah, I din go down and wait there like a fool!
Then mama kept scaring me and said is it hand food mouth disease? Aiyo, I got very worried leh. Checked her hands and mouth, dun have blister leh. Praying hard that it's not leh!
Little Arielle's 爷爷 and 奶奶 got a shock too when they saw Little Arielle's feet. I was quite xianz cos I feel so upset that it's happening to my girl. She kept complaining that it's very itchy and wants to scratch. Aiyah, so depressing that I cannot relief her of the itch and pain! Really feel like a knife cutting through your heart. And the worst part is her grandparents kept suggesting to apply this cream or put on that plaster. Aiyah just felt pissed off with their suggestions even though I know they meant well. But I just dun feel good at that time to take in anything lor. Just hope that the cream will work well on her!

Yucks!
While doing so, she attempted to vomit. You know lah, some kids would cry followed by cough and vomit. The 3 steps procedure....
So Little Arielle starts with step 1 and I thought that it would end there. Who knows she developed into step 2 and in the end really vomitted. Luckily, I was fast enough to run into the toilet. And glad that she did not vomit much out. Thought that I can see some phelgm in her vomit but dun have leh cos she was still having her cough at that time!
XP then felt sim tia when he saw her vommitting. Guys are guys....
Tu-Tu Thrown Away Already!
Greedy Pig!
She tried to bluff her by putting the durian into her mouth but her fingers pulled out once her mouth closes! Haha, when she din manage to eat it, again she was crying again. So in the end, 婆婆 had no choice but to give her a tiny little bit and we immediately brought her home in case she cries for more!
Bite from Nowhere
We suspected that the bite must have been from the insects during our farm visits in Desaru. Luckily I still have the anti-botic cream from the previous visit. Will use it on her ankle and hopefully it will heal in no time!

Durian Mania
We went to pick up his cousin, Adam and girlfriend (Yanling) first before meeting them at the SPC near the Tuas checkpoint. Other than the 8 CRVs, the convoy leader would be a RAVA4 car driven by WW. Hmm, why a “foreign” car? Cos he knows the way to the durians hee!
Just when everyone was getting excited, I realized that Little Arielle was wet! Alamak, not sure if it is because XP did not wrap her diaper properly, her romper and the car seat were wet! Xianz lor cos we are in the middle of the road and there is no way that we can stop. So gotta, let her sit on my lap instead. Worst of all, she developed runny nose! Her mucus was flowing like a tap! Jiat lard leh! Kind of regret bringing her along!
Traffic was smooth at the checkpoint so I thought that we would be able to fulfill every item on the itinerary as follows:
1. Breakfast at Gelang Petah
2. Visit to Crocodile farm
3. Visit to Fruit farm and enjoy some durians there
4. Stop over for lunch
5. Stopover at Desaru beach
6. Visit to Ostrich farm
7. Seafood dinner before we leave for Singapore
But well, too bad, things doesn’t usually go as planned cos one of the drivers overslept and as a result, we ended up waiting for them at the Petronas petrol station in Malaysia (the nearest one to the Malaysia customs). So we took the chance to change Little Arielle into a set of dry clothes and most importantly, a new diaper. Placed her wet romper on the seat to dry cos the sun was shining directly on it. After she was done, Adam and gf carried her into the mart to enjoy the air-con, while I took the opportunity to relax and chat with one of the driver’s wife. It was indeed a long wait for the last driver and I think we had easily waited for more than an hour.
So it’s confirmed that we will miss the visit to the crocodile farm! So sad leh! Anyway, the last driver was very apologetic when he arrived cos the whole gang of 20 over people was waiting for him and his friends! So we quickly move off for our breakfast as everyone was really hungry. Luckily, the drive was only 5 minutes away. We ate some fried carrot cake, chee cheong fun and Little Arielle had some bao. Thereafter, as there was still some time left, Little Arielle had the chance to enjoy some kiddy rides. We inserted coins for her to enjoy the motion ride instead of the usual motionless ones!
After everyone was ready, we proceeded to the first destination – Desaru Fruit Farm. Little Arielle finally decided to have her short nap. Still wanna ask me for her tu-tu leh! Her timely was right as she woke up when we reached the farm. Wow, we were welcomed by durians! Cos that is the first fruit that we saw at the farm! So before we have the chance to try, we decided to go for the farm tour which costs RM15 per person. This is indeed an educational tour as we get to see the various fruit tress and most important of all, the durian tree! So exciting leh, I saw the fruit hanging on the tree! Was telling XP that I only saw a durian tree at the age of 30 whereas Little Arielle saw one barely before 2. Good life hor! Almost coming to the end of the tour, we were quite stressful cos Little Arielle was hungry and she kept saying,”Milk, Milk, Milk, Milk.” Luckily, we managed to give her her milk in a short while. The tour ended up with a short talk on honey. As usual, they are trying to get tourists like us to buy their honey back but too bad, no one in the group is interested. This tour also included a box of complimentary fruit. Buay pai hor!
So, we decided to enjoy the fruits by the beach as everyone is more interested to have a taste of the durians! Wat she, durians in Singapore were really much more x as compared to those in Malaysia. That’s the difference if you are the supplier country. Per kg is only about RM6 – RM10 and you can get relatively good tasting durians. So the group ordered a few to share. Little Arielle cannot stand the sight of us eating the durians without her. So she kept asking us to give some to her. I was reluctant to give as her cough is still on. But looking at her pitiful face, we can’t help but let her eat a bit hee! Other than eating there, we also packed some back. XP was willing to do so cos they would pack it in containers and they will seal it with bao xian zi. Else he would definitely not wanna bring the whole fruit back!
After everyone is happy with the tabao-ing of durians, we proceeded to have some lunch. Most of us were more thirsty than hungry as the weather is really a killer but then again, it’s better than rain! Next stop, Desaru beach. Well the main purpose of coming to the beach is for photo-taking. Not so much of going for a swim or a stroll by the beach. We also took the chance to eat up our complimentary fruits. Hmm, not too bad, it has guava, dragonfruit, watermelon, honeydew, bua long long, shui weng, pineapple and mango. So much variety and most of it are sweet!
So after the photo-taking session with the group, we will proceed to the final sight-seeing spot for this trip ~ Ostrich farm. This is another educational tour as we get to see and feel a real-life ostrich egg, witness how they extract the egg from the egg-shell and also to feed the ostrich. The ostrich egg is really big and 1 egg is equaivalent to 25 chicken eggs. Even though so, ostrich egg is healthier as it contains more egg-white which means more calcium. We paid the entrance fee of RM10 per person and we get to see all the live ostrich and a live demonstration of the extraction of the egg from the egg-shell. Little Arielle had the chance to feed the ostrich and also to sit on one. So dun worry if you forgot about the experience as mummy will document it in this blog! After the tour, we got the chance to taste ostrich meat. Hmm, for the fun of it, I tried 2 mouths but kept having the impression that it looks like beef leh. Anyway, ostrich egg omelette taste real good hee!
After the tour, it brings us to the last destination for today’s trip. We had seafood at this restaurant. XP mentioned that we went to the opposite restaurant before a few years back when we cycled here. So, I slowly recalled and yes, we are at Pegarang. Time flies leh, the last round that we were here was easily about 5-6 years back. Din expect that this time’s visit is with Little Arielle.
The food took a relatively long time to arrive. Luckily, Little Arielle had her bao and her cutlery to keep her occupied. I supposed good food are meant to have long waits. Finally when it arrived, we really loved the dishes. Can eat such nice food at real cheap prices! This can never be found in Singapore!
At last, time to say goodbye to this place as we head back to Singapore. Gave Little Arielle her milk and was surprised that she can doze off while drinking. Hahaha, guessed she must be really tired! Thought that I will be able to rest a while until we reached Singapore but who knows, half way through the trip, she suddenly woke up crying bitterly. Dun noe is it because she had a nightmare, or she is not feeling well or she is frustrated cos she is too hot? Asked her what happened but she refused to say. Luckily, the group stopped by the side cos they spotted a durian stall. So we all went down to take a look and at least Little Arielle can be distracted by the people around as well as durians. She stopped crying in a while. After some of them got more durians, we continued with our journey. Managed to pat Little Arielle back to sleep. I wanted to also take a short nap but was unable to do so as the backseat was really too uncomfortable. In addition, I had to share with Adam’s gf and thus I dun have any space to move around at all. Poor me….My back almost spilt into two. Thank god that we managed to take a shorter cut and ended up clearing the Singapore customs in 20 minutes. Managed to overtake easily 100-200 cars. So you can imagine how long the queue was. Quickly drive Little Arielle to Tampines and deposited her with mama as we had to wake up early the next day. Therefore, have decided to leave her there overnight so that we will not be so rush in the morning.
Sent Adam and gf home and we ourselves reached home at about 11.30pm. Quickly took a shower and in no time, our heads hit the pillows….

Tu-Tu is Spotted!
So today, I was washing her clothes in the bathroom and XP is busy washing his car in the carpark. Little Arielle was happily enjoying her Barney show in the bedroom. Suddenly, I heard sounds of rummaging and I quickly walked out of the bathroom to take a look. Oh, to my horror, I saw Little Arielle's smug look as she has found her tu-tu in my bag! She was smiling away happily!
Aiyo, I quickly snatched it from her and kept it somewhere else. She quickly told XP who happened to come back from his washing of the car about her tu-tu. She pointed in the direction where her tu-tu was kept. XP then told her that her tu-tu is thrown away and luckily, she just din pester him further!

Kallang Leisure Park
Anyway, back to the Leisure Park. We had dinner at this Japanese restaurant called . It was the second time that we have ate at this restuarant. If I remember correctly, the first time was during daddy's 55th birthday! We ate at the Tampines outlet after they have advertised on TV! Well, the concept of this restuarant is for you to go around with a container and pick up ice-cream sticks. Hmm, must be thinking pick up ice-cream sticks for what right? Well, they have the food items stated on the ice-cream sticks. So whatever food you want, just pick up the right ice-cream sticks, place it in the container and hand it over to the cashier. The cashier will key in your order, get their staff to prepare the food and deliver to our table.

Out of the Blue
Haha, this is the exact same phrase that this uncle from my favourite fishball noodle stall will ask weekly. Remember we would patronise this same fishball noodle every weekend. So this uncle already "know" us since he sees us weekly, so much so that we dun even need to tell them our orders and they will auto prepare our items once they see us. So every week, without fail, this kopitiam uncle will ask my girl the same question,"小妹妹, 你好吗?, 吃饱了吗?, 要不要吃面?"
She must have remembered his questions so well until she can suddenly repeat the same question hee!
Tu-Tu Leh?
Opps, she remembered about her tu-tu again? Not to worry, she din kick up a fuss when we reiteriated the same thing to her, that is, it has already been thrown away! Dun noe why I kinda of 舍不得 her tu-tu leh! Jiat lard, me also grown attached to it??
Shall do a dedication for her tu-tu and it will be remembered forever in this blog....
Bad Cough!
Anyway, what done cannot be undone! Luckily, she still got cough medication prescribed by Dr Ho. Fed her before she sleep and hopefully she would be well by Sunday cos we would be driving in to Malaysia for our durian mania and sightseeing!
Get well soon, darling....
Nightmare or Morningmare?
Anyway, what is farnie is that in her "mare", she can still ask for lotion to apply on. Her exact words:"擦油油" ah! XP was tickled by what she said!
Finally, after a while, she managed to get back to sleep! Hmm I wonder what she has dreamt of hee!

Expressive Gal!
During dinner time, Wangxing was eating fish and Little Arielle actually asked him," 好吃吗"? Next, she was given a piece of fish and she said,"Very nice!" Aiyo, cannot stand her leh! She is speaking like a little adult!
No Manners!
Aiyo, now know how to retaliate liaoz! Smacked her on her palm again and she vented her anger by biting the chair. Had to smack her cheeks and she went running to XP in tears!
Jiat lard liaoz! She is gonna be a difficult baby!

公公's Birthday
As per normal routine, we had our breakfast and thereafter, Little Arielle had her usual afternoon nap. She woke up at about 3pm and we were ready to go at around 3.45pm to 4pm.
Today's Itinerary:
1. Ride on Board Singapore Flyer
2. Dinner at 韩江 Teochew Restaurant
3. Cake Cutting Ceremony @ Home
We reached Singapore Flyer before 5.30pm. So troublesome leh, had to go and have our tickets validated first before joining the queue. 害 me gotta walk here and there. So whoever had a voucher ticket, please remember to have it validated at the ticket counter before joining in the queue. Okie, back to my story....After the tickets were validated, we were required to go through a security scan. Thereafter, we were all set for the ride!
The capsule is pretty big and we were more excited to start walking around in the capsule rather than to sit on the seats provided. Got this Filipino couple who brought along a photographer and they were snapping away happily the moment they got into the capsule. Alamak, I'm fascinated with the number of poses that she can think of lor! Anyway, to make full use of the time, we also start to snap away with our camera. The ride lasted for half an hour which I thought it was very fast. It seems only a while that we were up in the sky and the next moment we are standing on planet earth hee!
All right, next destination would be dinner at 韩江 Teochew Restaurant. The items were not cheap so I kept signalling to daddy not to order too many dishes. We had in all 7 dishes. Food was not really that fantastic. Din know how did they get so many awards. Mama kept complaining that the chilled crab was full of urine smell. Wat biangz, disgusting leh! Wow total damage of $213 is absorbed by Wangxing cos we have agreed to spilt out the cost. I paid for flyer tickets, he would pay for dinner and Wangjun would pay for the cake!
Last item of the evening would be the cake cutting ceremony at home. Wangjun bought the strawberry ice-cream cake from Swensens. We sang the birthday song, daddy made a wish, cut the cake and enjoyed the delicious ice-cream....

Fun Time @ Suntec City
I was quite worried that I was unable to handle Little Arielle alone as it has been a long time since I last brought her out single-handedly.
I had no help of a stroller and it's basically just me and Little Arielle. Well, she was cooperative and well-behaved and we managed to spend some quality time together.
Brought her walking around and she had the chance to sit on a few "motionless" kiddy rides and also had the opportunity to take a walk in ToysRus! She was obedient not to make a fuss when she was asked to leave the toys.
As a reward, she was given a purple balloon as well a taste of candy floss (for the first time)!

A Day Without Tu-Tu
Hopefully, she would completely forget about her tu-tu in no time!
Family Day 2008 @ Sentosa
The happenings....
Little Arielle was very cooperative. She woke up at 2pm. Very timely! Cos we want to be there before 3.45pm to qualify for the early bird draw. We managed to be out of the house by 2.45pm. We reached there at about 3.15pm. Parked in the designated carpark and will walk to the Siloso Beach cos the registration will be held at the Sapphire Pavilion which is next to the beach. It was indicated as a 5 minutes walk but wat seh, in actual fact, it's 10 minutes lor caused we were walking damn fast because we want to be there on time for lucky draw and we din really know how long we need to walk! If we were to walk leisurely, it would definitely be more than 10 minutes! Aiyo so tiring and xiong leh! Battery almost run flat cos we din have lunch! 是饿的 lor! Almost wanna faintz liaoz!
Finally, we reached and right in front of us, we saw hot-dogs and ice-cream! Yummy yum yum! But we did not take the food immediately but to go for the registration first else our efforts of walking fast would be wasted. So we signed our attendance, dropped in our lucky draw tickets and got our goodie bag. Hmm, this year's goodie bag seems relatively "empty" leh! Only got a bottle of mineral water, a topless cap and a mat. The only good thing is that they have it in those reusable bags (those tote bags) and that they have provided a mat! Something which I have tried to buy but did not managed to do so!
Next, we quickly went to redeem our hot-dogs cos damn hungry liaoz. Not sure if the hot-dog really taste good or we were just too hungry. It was grobbled up in a few moments' time and we are not able to go for another round cos it's limited to 1 per person (so miserable right!) So in the end, we also redeemed the ice-cream hoping that it can fill up a little bit of space in our stomach. XP was right to ask me to redeem there and then cos later on in the evening, the queue was so long and they had to queue during the hot scourching sun!
We sat down to enjoy our ice-cream while waiting for the opening speech as well as the early bird draw. Saw Jasmine and family and invited them to sit with us together. Little Arielle was busy eating her ice-cream and at the same time playing with baby Ocean! In the midst of feeding and playing, XP suddenly heard his number being called! Hee hee, so up he went to collect his prize!! Well, it's a $10 NTUC voucher. Hmm, better than nothing hee!
Since early bird draw is over, we have decided to bring Little Arielle to the beach. Well, that is the initial intention, else I would not need to have packed so much of her things. Had her changed into her swimming costume in the toilet and she is all ready for her beach adventure!
Thank god that we managed to find a good "lot" under the shade and was grateful that there is a mat included in the goodie bag. It has really served its purpose that day! Had the mat placed nicely and Little Arielle can't wait to lay her hands on the sand and her toys. Both father and daughter were enjoying themselves. Hee hee, XP was very naughty! He "buried" Little Arielle with sand and only half of her body is visible. Next, he dug a hole and had Little Arielle placed inside. As the hole was deep, she couldn't get up on her own hee! In the end, Little Arielle gotta shout for help! We din let her play for long cos I need time to wash her up so that we are in time for the next round of lucky draw + collection of dinner.
I went to wash up her toys first while XP looked after her. When I came back, I saw both of them enjoying themselves in the sea. He took her to play at the waves. So brave of her not to be afraid!
This naughty little girl is all dirty with sand all stuck to her body. Just wanna quickly wash up from head to toe and let her change into her clean set of clothes. To my horror, there isn't a shower room in the toilet! Win liaoz lor! I had no idea where is the nearest shower room and had no choice but to place her in the basin and wash her up from there. I think I must have easily took more than half an hour to do so as it is so difficult to wash her there. The tap is not auto and therefore, I had to one hand press on to tap and use my other hand to help wash her up. It's indeed a tedious procedure.
Finally, my little princess is clean and sweet-smelling! Was glad that what I packed was enough for her meaning, I did not miss anything out. Hmm, that's great, can base on that checklist of mine for future beach outing! Anyway, we lazed around to wait for the dinner distribution. KS XP was the first in line and he helped his other colleagues collect the food. So in total, he collected 12 sets of bento sets. We sat together to have dinner. Food was not very nice but I was very hungry and so finished most of it.
Soon, it was time for the next lucky draw and hmm, we din have luck this time round. Nevermind, still have the last chance at 7.45pm for the last round of draw. Not sure why they have so many rounds of lucky draw! Anyway, we decided to walk back to the carpark and put all the heavy stuff in the car. It was 7.15pm and it means that we only have half an hour to walk to and fro. Aiyo, we cannot miss the timing else we will miss the lucky draw. So, XP walked very fast with Little Arielle and I tried my best to catch up. During the return journey, he walked back first while I walked at a slower pace with Little Arielle.
Haha, guessed what! XP won again leh! It's the 8th prize ~ 2 adults + 2 children tickets to the Singapore Flyer. Hahaha, flyer again! Good leh, we will be able to catch the night view this time round! Well, no prizes for me this year again!
After the 1st price is announced, we ran all the way to catch the "Songs of the Sea" cos we din win any prize after that. It's on a first come first served basis and there are already a lot of people in front of us! Luckily we did not need to queue for long before they allow us to go in. We managed to get the 2nd row seats from the front. Well, the show was pretty disappointing. I still prefer the previous musical fountain. Little Arielle was fidgeting during the first few minutes of the show. Guessed she also feel that it's boring lor! Luckily, it became slightly more interesting and she sat still and followed throughout the show.
We cheong to the carpark which was just few steps away from the venue of the "Songs of the Sea". Cannot believe that Little Arielle was still very energetic at that time when I am almost half dead. Thought that she would doze off in the car but she din lor. Bought noodles back home to eat cos we were all tired and hungry after the running.
Washed Little Arielle up, bathed myself, had the noodle and lights off....

Hopefully my list would be comprehensive enough and praying that it would be a gloomy day tomorrow!
Interesting Words....
After my activity tonight, we went to pick her home. Then she started throwing her shoes away in the car and still dare to say,"Arielle throw shoes ah!" and "Piang mummy!" Aiyah! Throw shoes liaoz and still wanna beat me leh! No manners!
When we reached home and while XP was changing up for her, she said,"Arielle bite myself, bite hand, bite bite!" So when XP asked her if it is painful? She still knows how to say no!
Aiyo, really cannot stand her leh! Think I will get a lot of "talk back" from her when she grows up! Jiat lard, beginning to feel that I cannot handle her liaoz! Oh no....

My Pinching Skills
Little Arielle was not obedient today and when I scolded her, she started to pinch me. The best part is, they just know how to pinch you until you can scream out in pain. Hmm, probably smaller pinch is much more painful compared to those big ones!
Next time, when she comes near me with her pinching fingers, I will run away from her!

2nd Night Running
Praying hard that mama has the tactic to coax her lor. Cos when I told her today that we did not allow her to have the tu-tu last night, she kept saying that Little Arielle would keep asking for it! Aiyah, there must be a stop somewhere else she will forever be stuck to it lor!
Not On Diapers!
So, the conclusion is that she poo-ed! The strange thing is that mama was carrying her just before I took over lor and she did not smell anything at all! Alamak! We had nothing in the car except for wet tissues and we din wanna walk all the way back to my mama's house cos we did not park in her carpark.
I thought of only washing up for her when we get home but of course XP will not tolerate that. He doesn't want the smell to linger in his car and of course I guessed he is afraid that the poo might spilt onto his car seats. So in the end, he wants me to clean up for her and took the risk to leave her without any diaper on!
I was afraid that she might just pee cos she is not really 100% toilet trained. So I kept telling her that if she really needs to pee, she would have to tell me in advance. Throughout the journey home, I made her sit on my lap so that if she really pee, at least it would be on me lor! So 伟大 right! Luckily she is kind to me and did not do that in the car.
Upon reaching home and in less than 10 minutes, she pee-ed on the floor. Hengz ah, not on my mattress leh! Brought her to wash up and was happy that she smells great again after that!
Sick Soon?
And this naughty little girl kept telling me,"See doctor, see doctor!" My dear girl, go and see her is not free one lor! Minimum consultation already need to pay $35 lor! Hopefully, her cough will go away soon and will not develop further leh!

1st Night Without Tu-Tu
Let's hope that she will not ask for her tu-tu in the middle of the night and of course hopefully her tu-tu can be approved of its early retirement application!
My 1st Barbie 娃娃
We have not been to her place for the past few days until today when I need to go back to work. Specially instructed mama not to open the doll for her first cos I wanna take photo of it hee! So Little Arielle waited patiently until I went to fetch her at about 10pm cos we had some events on tonight.
The 娃娃 was finally opened at about 10.45pm and she only had the chance to play for a while before she is asked to go to sleep.

Dun worry, you will get to play the whole day tomorrow....
